Shipping policy
Pre-Order Shipping Policy
All copies of ISMS ordered on or before April 23rd are shipped May 1st. Orders will be fulfilled in the sequence they are received. Your copy should arrive within 2-5 business days after fulfillment, but factoring in potential delays it should arrive by May 13th at the latest. If you have not received a tracking ID by May 5th please reach out for an updated delivery estimate.
All orders placed after April 23rd will ship after the bulk order, and will be subject to our standard shipping policy in order to allow time to pass a quality control inspection.
Standard Shipping Policy
All orders will need to ship from the printing facility to quality control before distribution. Because of this delay, your order will ship within 5-12 business days after ordering. If you have not received a tracking ID by Friday of the week following fulfillment. Please reach out for an updated delivery estimate. In the event an order does not pass inspection
Processing & Fulfillment
Please allow a reasonable handling period after May 1st for order processing and packaging. Shipping timelines provided at checkout are estimates and are not guaranteed.
Shipping Methods & Delivery
Orders are shipped via standard carrier services. Delivery times vary depending on location, carrier performance, and external factors beyond our control.
Delays
Occasional shipping delays may occur due to carrier issues, weather, supply chain disruptions, or high order volume. Such delays do not qualify for refunds or cancellations.
Address Accuracy
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. Orders returned due to incorrect addresses may require additional postage for reshipment.
Lost or Stolen Packages
Once an order has been transferred to the shipping carrier, responsibility for delivery rests with the carrier. Lost or stolen packages will be handled on a case-by-case basis.
Damaged Items
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within a reasonable timeframe with photos of the packaging and item so we can resolve the issue.
